This website is intended to create, develop and refine the business intelligence that will be needed to support the science of independent air cargo operations. Every component of this business will be identified and studied in the greatest detail, and performance standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) created as a result. We intend to develop and incorporate Six Sigma standards into each of these components.

Most importantly, we hope to leverage Information Technology to integrate the entire air cargo supply chain into a seamless offering, where every customer can expect “one stop shopping” within well-defined service level parameters.
