• Over the next 20 years American Friendship is seeking US$1 Billion in private
    placements and US$10 Billion in aircraft financing to promote its long-term vision of
    providing specialized aircraft in every size and configuration for dedicated cargo markets
    all over the world. We plan to finance aircraft through a judicious mix of finance and
    operating leases.

  • We firmly believe  that the two main drivers for creating a unique future for air cargo are:

  • "customization" of our cargo aircraft offerings to cater to specialized customer
    needs and
  • "very long-term contracts" to allow us time to develop and innovate to properly

    Our Current Objective:

    We plan to start very small with a launch contract to operate entry-level
    feeder aircraft for integrators like FedEx, UPS or DHL.

    We will leverage this contract to develop our knowledge and expertise in the
    operation of aircraft, develop a profitable model with operating margins
    exceeding 10%, and choose to operate only in markets where our profitability
    goals are met.

    By starting small, we will keep our risks at the lowest level as we gain traction in
    this business.

    Only when we are satisfied that we are competent, shall we scale our business
    to the next level, nationally and then globally.
